I offer a full copy (minus appendices) free of charge to academic users but for commercial organizations I've introduced a nominal fee of Au$75 to help cover the costs of running this web site. Payment by check or credit card via PayPal.

The commercial version comes complete with all appendices (20MB file size) in a convenient .pdf format for download and display on your computer.

Academic users (students and staff at a recognised academic institution, working on non-commercial research) are welcome to contact me for access to download the free version.
